We do not offer direct access to casting directors. This has been our consistent policy for over 25 years. Top tier talent agents visit us weekly and the talent we accept statistically always get signed and work. We do not accept children with special needs, as we are not equipped to provide the specialized support they require. We also conduct thorough background checks on all potential employees as a standard part of our hiring process. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our students and talent above all else.

A few misleading comments on our Google profile and one blog, were written by one family with an extremely cute child with Down syndrome, whom we could not accept, A blog type of libeling posts was written by one individual under multiple aliases. This person, who applied six years ago, was never hired or affiliated with our institute in any teaching capacity.The in-depth background check revealed multiple felony convictions.For the safety of our students and the integrity of our program, we immediately declined his application and did not proceed further.We maintain rigorous vetting standards for anyone who works with our students. This incident reinforces our long-standing commitment to providing a safe, professional environment. Our evaluation process for talent and our hiring process both indicate that anyone accepted as a talent will statistically get signed and work with a great agent, and be on one or more of our many productions.
We only accept talent for whom we feel this will work.
And secondly, anyone working at any of our facilities was fully vetted within our hiring process.
We focus on building genuine, professional relationships with respected talent agents who actively submit our students for roles to casting directors. Our graduates indeed, work directly with top agents such as Courtney Peldon, Jeremy Apody, and many others. These agents are the industry professionals who get actors in front of casting directors — the proven pathway that has helped our students book work consistently for more than two decades.Our program emphasizes serious actor training and long-term career development through proper industry channels. Direct access to casting directors by a training program would violate SAG-AFTRA regulations and other industry standards. We believe in preparing actors the right way, not taking shortcuts.
Regarding Guarantees
Please note that, by law, we cannot guarantee representation or future employment.However, we do guarantee that every student accepted into our program will appear in one or more of our feature films. These are high-quality, professional productions with established distribution on Amazon, YouTube, and Apple TV.We intentionally select students based on the specific casting needs of top-tier talent agents and our own upcoming productions. This careful alignment is the reason our graduates maintain a strong track record of being signed by respected agents and consistently booking paid work in the industry.Top agents invest substantial time and resources into advancing their clients’ careers. Their 10% commission on acting jobs and 20% on modeling only becomes meaningful when you succeed — and that mutual success is exactly what we are committed to delivering.
